The package has been opened, and the item may have been briefly used or tested prior to coming into my possession. The box has obviously undergone some damage. While the first label may be loose, I suspect it's because it's been exposed for a long period of time, since the rest appear fine. The screen cover sticker is a bit dirty from being shuffled around, but the screen itself doesn't appear to be affected. I have not personally tested or used this item. Start off : thanking the seller and their purchases it was very appreciated the communication and the delivery mind you my package was delayed a couple days, but that was not the sellers fault. I got good communication after ordering and to me honestly it was fast. I love my keyboard. It’s a gorgeous color. I did see a couple other ones before time but they really did not compare to this one. It’s in perfect condition just as the seller described and I couldn’t be more ecstatic thank you again
