The shipping was very fast however the attachments are kind of short this design is probably better for cleaning the ears of a child instead of an adult. Now if they offered a longer conical attachment that would be great but unfortunately with this offering it didn't come with it. Unfortunately I'll have to give it a four-star rating. But I do recommend this product for parents that want to clean the ear wax build up in their child.
