The struts arrived on time. Only problem was when installing one of the retaining clips broke. The sellers only solution was to send them both back to get them replaced or a refund. They would not send a single clip. I needed them now so I used an old clip which is way to large but still works for now. Had to order a proper sized replacement clip but it only comes in large packs and cost me about $15.
I took this setup surf perch fishing on the incoming tide on the Washington coast. It is everything that I expected. Strong, yet sensitive enough to register the smallest nibbles. The reel is smooth but seems a little cheaply made compared to the quality of the rod. The rod and reel were delivered promptly and in good condition. I highly recommend this seller.
Seller communication was fair. Took several days to get shipped n I had to message them for a tracking info.
