I previously left poor feedback about this seller. The item was reported to have been delivered, but I had not received it and had not heard from seller. Yesterday, a week later, the item did arrive. Obviously the problem was with shipping, not the seller. Unfortunately during that week, I decided it must have been lost or stolen from my porch, so I ordered another similar item, at a cheaper price. I will want to return this item.
The leather pricking irons I ordered arrived in good condition and in a reasonable amount of time. The irons appear to be of good quality. After a miscommunication with the price of the item, a quick message to the seller resulted in a refund and new correct order. The seller was easy to work with and resolved the issue in a timely manner.
Item as described and appears to be working, as plants are coming back to life. Good price for two units. Item was an open package but new. Overall very satisfied. Arrived before scheduled date so I didn’t mind the shipping cost.
