Item was not and described. I reached out to the seller but there was no response. Item was listed as NEW with out box - Excellent condition. The shoes arrived with lint and hair in the heal cup. The shoes look to have been lightly worn with debris on the bottom of the shoe. I guess they could have been a floor sample. But not "NEW" !
