I made several offers on the initial listing with no reply & then the seller relisted this item as a bid which I purchased for less than my offers on 11/25. On 12/5 I contacted the seller because the item had not shipped & was told he didn't receive an email from ebay saying it sold. I received the item on 12/10 but it had been removed from it's original packaging (so I have no way to confirm it's new & no instructions for use) & was shipped in a flimsy "liquid IV" box & which arrived beat up.
