The item was delivered damaged, obviously from shipping with USPS and not enclosed in a box, just wrapped. Things like this sometimes happen with USPS. I contacted the seller, sent pictures and was promptly refunded in full without any questions. The level of customer service was fantastic, commendable! Definitely would recommend this seller, as they exhibited the highest level of integrity. I will absolutely do business with this seller again as the item damaged resulted from the USPS.
My item was delivered to the wrong address. The seller was helpful in giving me ideas to locate my package. The mail carrier retrieved it and brought it to me. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one! So I sent a picture of my computer to the seller and he showed me the correct one I needed. I should have sent the picture to the seller to begin with. Would have saved the trouble of returning the wrong one. All is good! 👍🏽
Seller sent me a charging adapter and a power supply that didn't match. I reached out and received a super fast response. The seller sent me the matching power adapter and supply for the one's sent initially. This gave me two working sets! I am thoroughly impressed and will be looking at this seller in the future.
