Ordered 2 colors and got 1. Seller refunded what I paid for the second 1. I’m assuming that they just didn’t have the color in stock, but don’t really know, as there was no communication from the seller, just the refund and I didn’t know which color wasn’t being sent until the order arrived. The product is great and price was good.

Originally the seller sent the Colour Conditioner which matched my shampoo order, but I had ordered the Volume Conditioner. This was an honest mistake as how many people select two different types. They had the correct conditioner in the mail the next shipping day. The seller was responsive and it was packed in a sturdy box.
