The item is brand new as described. The transaction was a bit confusing. It was listed as “make an offer,” but after two offers being declined the seller said the offer option was popping up by mistake. The shipping was also increased after making my first offer. The seller did provide fast communication which helped clarify the confusing elements of the transaction, even if the savings didn’t end up being what they initially appeared. It was still a bit cheaper than buying elsewhere.
