Great item, at the right price! Fast shipping & packaged good. Unfortunately, somewhere in the shipping process, the box was flattened & the glass item destroyed. Its easy to get good feedback when everything goes right. But, I’m hear to give the seller GREAT feedback for taking care of the costumer when there’s a problem. The item arrived in fair, used condition. The colors were bright and accurately depicted, however shipping seemed a tad high for an item that required no padding and could have been rolled up and sent in a plastic shipping bag or envelope. However, the shipping cost was offset by the fact that the seller did give me a fantastic item price; I am satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again in the future.
My retro mug was beautiful online but is even more beautiful in person … now it’s my favourite mug to have my morning coffee. Seller had the mug meticulously wrapped for shipping which I appreciated. Seller was also very responsive and motivated to sell. I appreciated the reduction in price. This gorgeous came a long way to live with me - all the way from Alabama to Northern British Columbia, Canada.
