Excellent delivery, packaging, superb ring quality and price. Lovely ring. I did however, thought I was ordering a Yellow diamond 9ct Yellow Gold ring, but managed to order a Pink ring by mistake. Spoke to the seller who totally understood and accepted the ring back with full refund. I am now ordering the correct ring from this seller who has been very supportive throughout the whole process. When the new ring arrives, it will be a super surprise for the wife.
Very happy with this ring, very good quality and great value.. The delivery was later than expected but the seller was very apologetic and very communicative, so other than this hiccup I would highly recommend this seller for customer service and for a high quality product, already thinking of buying a pair of earrings from them!
This is a beautiful quality solid bangle which arrived in perfect condition . I highly recommend this vendor. In fact I’m planning a visit in the spring to their shop.
