Love this company! Great product and FAST shipping to the USA. This is my 2nd purchase and they include a little box for die storage. There are several more dies I want to purchase from this company! Very happy customer! The box is wrapped carefully in tape, bubble wrap and in the box so so the condition is excellent. The price is better than anything you would find USA. Every thing was perfect, but the taxes, the custom broker and the warehousing expenses were excesive, I paid almost the same money for the equipment. I wont get anything from INDIA again. Lesson learned. This situation is internal, the vendor is not responsible. I need to ask how much would be for all the expenses and taxes related for any item in advance.
