With fresh batteries. I got the figure to move its arms, legs and mouth. But it wasn't strong enough to do this on its own while standing. Sometimes the batteries had to be pushed around a little bit to make it move. But if you clean off the prongs yourself you'll have a better connection It does include the crotch piece armor The Box itself has a big puncture hole in the bottom right side
