The product did finally arrive today. Don't know if there was the post office or if the first one was stolen, or if this was an intended replacement… But I APPRECIATE IT. Still, it's NOT THE SAME ITEM "PICTURED" in your listing. Though I will keep the "coconut". I was really hopeful to receive the "COCONUT MUSK OIL" that was pictured in your ad. I believe I have mentioned this to you before, I know I have mentioned it to other sellers. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR AD if No longer have the Coco. Musk
Didn’t get the product listed. Was sent the new version, not the original formula shown in picture & listed. Was offered a slight discount to settle, I could buy cheaper local if I wanted the new version, but I don’t. It was a hassle to have to print a label & take to the post office, but I did & was given a full refund. This seller still has not changed the picture or updated the listing. It’s false advertising if you ask me.
