The Ingress Protection rating is IP67 (not IP68 as advertised). I contacted the seller about this and they offered me a refund and return postage. I decided to keep the bark collar rather than mess around with having to buy elsewhere. It’s too early to say how effective it’s going to be. We also have an ultrasonic bark collar, which seems to work better for our dog.
