Item was new and as described as it was classified as heavy duty and it was! I would consider this a value purchase as I previously purchased a paint tray at equal cost and it was so flimsy I had to toss it. Communication was perfect and I received my order promptly and knew exactly when it would be delivered. The seller carefully packaged my item and it arrived in pristine condition.
Although seller states a handling time of 5 days after receipt of payment, plus shipping time, I actually received the item within the 5-day "handling" window. What a pleasant surprise. Great seller, great communication
