This item is awesome. I did buy it by mistake and they didn't cancel the order when I tried to not even 3 minutes after putting it. But after seeing them I decided to stay with them. The only thing I can say is please give the costumer the opportunity to cancel if they ask for. They did give me an option to resend them. But after receiving them you will not be sending them back. Will send pictures after u finish the build. Note you should build a amplifier for it. 100% recommend
Ordered a bass knob and it arrived damaged. The acryllic knob was broken during shipment, I contacted them about it and they had a replacment in the mail the same day. Amazing customer support! The replacement was perfect quality and looks great! I highly reccomend their products. Best bang for your buck.
