For Ribbon Cutting--- This tape dispenser is designed to cut tapes, but there are more and more customers use it to help cut thin ribbons. Please note that since the ribbon is not sticky, it may cause the machine to be insensitive during use. If you need to cut ribbons, please use the "Lcon" mode, please consult us or check the manual page 10 for details. Not Suitable for Too Sticky or Thick Tapes--- The sticky tape would caused much easier and more adhesive residue on the wheels&rollers inside the machine, and the blade, leading to tape jammed or worse cutting performance quickly. The thick tape, with thickness>, would easily cause the motor burnt out and machine stops working. User-friendly Improvement--- ①for the wheel, we have upgrade it from the plastic material to the weak-adhesive silicone material, to minimize the tape adhesive residue and improve the cutting performance; ②for the consumable part #504&506, we have add one set in the package for timely ; ③for the knife box , we have upload the operation video for customer reference.
