When the detector senses that the first bottle has moved below the capping wheels, the red pulley stops running to prevent excess bottles from entering the capping area. This machine is equipped with a fiber optic amplifier, which can be adjusted when the photosensitive eye cannot sense the product well. The grinding wheel head can be replaced. If the grinding wheel head wears out after it is used for a period of time, this accessory can be replaced (you can purchase this accessory from us). The stability of the air source must be maintained under continuous working conditions. 2. After the power switch is turned off, there is still voltage in some circuits in the electrical control of this machine. Operation Steps 1.Pre-startup Preparation: Check 110V power supply stability; ensure air pressure reaches 0.6MPa (use user-provided air compressor if needed); check whether there are foreign objects on the conveyor belt, bottle separator and bottle holder, and ensure flexible operation. 2.Parameter Presetting: Power on, enter touch screen settings to preset bottle separation time and capping time (on the basis of bottle size and production needs); adjust conveyor belt speed via knob. 3.Device Startup: Click "RUN" on the touch screen to start automatic operation; conveyor belt runs. 4.Loading Operation: Place to-be-capped bottles neatly on the conveyor belt (no tilting/stacking); Analysis of capping process: Bottle conveying → Bottle inspection → Positioning of bottles → Capping. a. Place the bottle on the conveyor belt, b. The bottle enters the capping position, and the bottle detection eye detects the bottle. The signal is fed back to the PLC, and the cylinder starts to hold the bottle. c. The capping cylinder works, and the capping wheels work. d. The capping mechanism automatically conducts capping operation on the product. After capping, the bottle is transported to the back of the conveyor belt. 5.Real-time Monitoring: Observe operation; pause if bottles tilt/fall or caps are loose, restart after adjusting parameters/components. 6.Shutdown Operation: Click "STOP" after production; turn off power once conveyor belt stops; clean the device surface and conveyor belt and check for wear/loose parts.
