Dear seller,, I didn't receive my package as of this email and the reason being is while ordering the item and receiving notifications that the item has received,,but haven't received the item at becaue of address mix up,,the address on file is wrong and the address i ordered from is 2734 supreme Memphis tn 38114,, now I went by the 3443 Dunn and left contact information so I can possibly get the item, no response as of the email,,what needs to be done to get the item thanks
Eventhough the product I received didn't work and I was given a full refund; I am still leaving a positive review for the Customer Service provided by the Seller. They replied to to my issue and provided resolve promptly. The product that I ordered was defective from manufacturer which the Seller wouldn't know; but their customer service was appreciated. I will try the Seller for another purchase in the future. Hoping better luck with the product next time.
When opening package it was damaged with several scratches in chrome. Contacted seller and at first was going to give partial payment and I'd keep item. They finally refunded all my money and let me keep the damaged item which not putting on my truck but will order a new one. The price was great for the item though if it wouldn't have had damage. Damage seems to have been done in shipping. Thanks for refunding my payment due to damage.
