  1. Communication was initially great, and the seller asked a question to clarify that I understood what I was buying. He allowed me to make a change because of this confusion, that was terrific, and I appreciate it. It was shipped slowly. He claimed to have chipped my cup, but he was still selling a full set and could have subbed that and been more timely. Once it was shipped, it came quickly, just 2 days from Japan to USA. It is exactly as described, and packaged very, very well.

  3. Omg it’s perfect, fresh out the box new and wrapped to perfection. The material is high quality and the price this shop sold it for compared to others was significant. Look far better in person, the pictures doesn’t do it justice. Anyways I highly recommend this seller, great communication and overall fantastic customer service.
