  3. It took quite a long time to arrive, but it was from outside the UK, during the Christmas rush and didn't overpromise, so I knew where I stood and it came in time as promised. Really well wrapped, important for such a delicate item. If I really have to find a work on, it would just be a little bit more communication would have been helpful for the nerves!
