Seller said it was fully working before it sent out but its mouth doesn't move, shipping was not the best cause it probably broke in shipping which is not the sellers fault of course, other then the bad shipping it arrived fast so the seller is a good seller overall, he packaged it nicely and he told me it was fully working before he shipped it out, I honestly don't know how it happened but I still appreciate the seller giving me a partial refund after everything, I do recommend seller.
