  2. the information regarding the unit was vague, the vacuum arrived in a severely damaged packaging damage to the unit was most fading paint on the logo, by the seller got it from somewhere else and had not examined it thus no pictures, said parts may be missing but all the parts were included . So my only concern is where it came from so i spent the money to get a two year warranty. basically ordering from this seller seems to be pot luck since they may not handle what they sell. yes i saved $$
