Packaging and shipping was great, sadly the item arrived broken. Not sure if it wasn't checked or shipping damage, contacted the seller and they helped me out with free shipping back and full refund upon seeing that the item didn't work. The price I paid was good since they helped me with a discount, sad that the item didn't work because everything else went smooth. Got a full refund, even though my item I had to return I'd buy again from the seller with how easy they made everything for me
The item (Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) shipped out quickly. The next business day after purchasing, for reference i purchased my item on a Friday afternoon and it shipped out that following Monday. My item was very well packed in bubble wrap tightly and secure. The Item was just as described if not better. Very clean no scratches or scuffs looked practically brand new. Would buy from this seller again in the future.
