Item arrived & plastic pouch had been slit opened & internal package was smashed & showing signs of rough handling. But my main issue is this seller sent two very specific messages with the following statements in bold type: DON'T OPEN A RETURN CASE, DON'T OPEN A REFUND REQ, DON'T OPEN AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED OR DAMAGED CASE with ebay! The messages said they were automated messages & don't bother responding to them, I assume they send these instructions on avoiding the EBAY policies to all buyers
Item arrived exactly as described & pictured. Delivered today well-packaged & very much within its ETA. An excellent transaction for this black 100% polyester tablecloth ideal for a small square dining table that enables one to protect the wood of said table. Also, the seller was exordinarily thoughtful, alerted me unsolicitedly about when I might anticipate the item's shipment. Cost of delivery was free and candidly I received it much sooner than I'd expected. An altogether pleasant exchange.
