Wasted money on 3 of these pumps which are too small for my job. Chose them not realising how small they are cause I beleive the information supplied is lacking. Photo after photo of the pump on it's own, with nothing else in photos to compare size too. All taken from slightly different angles, I gave up flicking through photos before I got to the SIXTEENTH PHOTO which was the only photo with the dimentions shown on it. I 've had messages to & fro with the seller but nothing in 2 weeks
1 of the 2 devices were broken (no fault of the seller) I messaged the seller we came to an agreement that I would keep the product, saving me a return postage, and he refunded me 40 percent of the product. Thank you for working with me and being reasonable. I would purchase from this seller again in the future!
Seller sent me only 1 pack, instead of 5 as listed. He convinced me that the listing was erroneous and offered me 30% refund. I accepted and closed the case.
