The part arrived late & was reordered. The fault is with the Post Office not the seller. The package was stuck in Columbus Ohio for a long time. When it arrived the box was taped all over but the part was still okay. No problem with the seller. They did an excellent job. The part was as advertised & we now have two of them. Clutch kit was exactly what I was looking for my 1982 Kawasaki KZ 550 LTD. Clutch kit was brand new as describe in the listing. Item cost was very reasonable and shipping time was very quick. Seller communicated quickly and honestly. The item showed "not delivered" on my eBay account, but item was indeed delivered on time. This was a clerical error by the USPS mail carrier. I will be adding this vendor to my saved list.
I received my item today and it was as advertised. This seller is excellent but the post office, not so much. This was shipped quickly but the post office dropped the ball and it was delayed by them and NOT THE SELLER FAULT. I gave him 5 stars and will buy from him again. I did contact the seller about the delay and he assured me that my item was going thru the USPO system, so excellent communication. A+++ seller.
