I ordered this dock for a family member and expected a clean, fully functional product. That is exactly what I received - the seller experience was great. They shipped the item the day after I purchased it and they packed it well, with bubble wrap around the dock and twist ties or rubber bands around all included cables. The dock was arrived as described, with a few minor nicks and scratches but in very good shape overall. I have my gripes with Dell's design, but this was a great value for $30!
First monitor delivered had been damaged in shipping (corner of screen damaged). The seller immediately sent return label with apologies. They told me to return in original packaging and they would replace. Within 2weeks, monitor arrived, undamaged thankfully. Great customer service and communication. Also great shipping materials used, it was carrier’s fault. They must have dropped previous monitor right on its corner. It even popped the substantial bubble wrap right on that corner!
Outstanding packaging and fast shipping! Monitor was double boxed with cardboard bracing, and extremely secure bubble padding. Easily the best packing I’ve seen for a monitor. The shipped it within 24 hrs and it arrived quickly. Condition was great, appearance is very clean, and it was a great value for the price. Works perfectly and matches the description. Truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
