I have to say I left a neutral comment earlier due to shipping issues that started with the fact my mailbox was ran over and they were unable to ship to my original address. I now have 4 of these and they work so much better than the amazon ones. The button makes turning on and off easier than ever. Due to my address changing when it 1st shipped, I believe it's a simple mistake but only one was received. They sent me a free one. As well as refunded me. I would buy again. Great customer service
