The only issue I had is that the seller advertised the remote as OEM and you can see the Samsung name on the remote. Online you can see What I received didn’t have Samsung listed any where. I asked the seller multiple times to explain. It took him a while to respond. When he did, each time he would say it is an OEM. Never explaining why what is listed has the Samsung on it and what I received didn’t. He asked did I want to return it? With his assurances I just kept it
Listing said shipped via usps, but seller used amazon instead. I'm VERY lucky that i got it, amazon just started delivering here. I picked this one because i can ONLY use usps. It still got here, but that was not a cool last second change. Seller said he used it because it was faster. Tracking number stopped thousands of miles across the country when it annotated 'delivered'. I'm assuming to amazon. If something happened to it after that, nobody would have known.
The remote arrived today, which was far sooner than expected. It arrived so quickly that the details on the app haven't been updated. lol Remote arrived in a small box, brand new condition, and exceptional quality. For the value, it's beyond worth it. The appearance is exactly what you see in the photos. I would certainly order from this company again.
