Seller is very kind and responsive. The bag however smells horrendous. I have tried 3-4 different methods to get the smoke and mildew scent out of the bag, still can’t. Someone even commented on how the bag smelled when I wore it out. Otherwise it was in decent condition, scuffing on hardware but to be expected given how old the bag is. Smell and scratches were not relayed which was disappointing, but again seller is so nice!
