It measures 5 inches long for just the chain and 6 1/2 inches overall. The piece is in good antique condition. There is wear on the chain and swivel. There is no peeling or lifting. The swivel does swivel and the hook opens and closes. The belt clip works very well, the lever lifts to release the inner plate that holds the piece onto the belt or vest pocket or wherever and then folds back tightly to hold the clip in place. It shows much less wear than the chain or swivel.
