The Antique 19th Century Qing Dynasty Tongzhi Period ( 1862-1874 ) Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Four-Tier Stacking Box. The Body of Each Tier is Enameled Hand Painted Chinese Tradition Scenes. One of the Scene is "Hai Yan He Qing" ( Peace and Tranquility Under Heaven ) with Swallows, Lotus, and Calmness Waves Symbolize Peace of the Country and the People. The Other One is Charming Chinese Garden Scene with Floral, Rockery, Butterflies and Pumpkin Vine Pattern, All Representing A Great Meaning May Your Family Grow and Prosper Like Spreading Melon Vines, Blessing of All Generations Rich and Honored. The Lid of Stacking Box is Also Finely Enameled Hand Painted with Similar Garden Scene. The Export Wax Seal on the Bottom. It Was Purchased in Shanghai Antique and Curio Store During 1990s.
