After speaking with the seller, I believe my initial review was too negative. Allow me to revise what I said: I ordered this play mat for my wife. When it arrived, the image quality was not what was pictured in the eBay ad. To say that this upset me was an understatement.. But this was not the fault of the seller but likely on the printer. After speaking with the seller, they have fixed the situation. I would give them an overall positive review. They are very willing to make things right.
High praise for communication and issue resolution. The initial item that was delivered to me (top in the image) had somewhat flat colors, and didn't quite match the image in the listing. They responded quickly to my inquiry, assuring me that it would be taken care of, and followed through as they said they would. The replacement item (bottom in the image) has much more vibrant colors, and while the image ended up flipped horizontally, I still give praise for their overall conduct.
The seller shipped the package quickly. The packaging was great, and mousepad was well protected. The mousepad looks very similar as the image posted on eBay. Great quality!
