The item was described well regarding the external damages, but had an issue that wasnt mentioned - it was locked with Blackberry Protect - the seller didnt remember the password , so suggested to hard reset - after hard reseting the phone became unusable - locked by blackberry. The sellet was honest as he wasnt aware of that eiter. he refunded partialy the amount which made me happy as i expected that i would be set back EUR 110. Good packaging. I would recommend this seller. Honest person.
