(I sent my personal caroline to the doll hospital and have her box and certificate of health leftover, this caroline has never been to the doll hospital). I will include a hospital gown if requested. American Girl Doll Caroline Abbott Caroline comes in a previously played with/used condition. Her hair has been fully restored with washing and then restyled to feature her signature curls. Her body has been cleaned and is free of marks or stains, or at least that I can see. Her limbs are tight. From my understanding Caroline was stored in an attic so she has a slight attic-like smell but its not very strong unless you hold her immediately to your face. The smell has been removed from her hair. Caroline does not include her outfit or book unfortunately, but will come in a doll hospital box and some accessories from the care center. (I sent my personal caroline to the doll hospital and have her box and certificate of health leftover, this caroline has never been to the doll hospital). I will include a hospital gown if requested. I will also put a hair net on her to protect her curls in shipment Caroline comes from a smoke free home, but please see earlier mention of slight attic smell.
