This is an excellent laptop that works great and was as listed. The seller was very easy to work with and communicate with. The price was very good. It looks brand new! The only problem was with USPS. They sent the package through their SYSTEM that made no common sense at all. We are 30 miles out of Little Rock and the shipment went by Little Rock TWICE before it finally stopped for 3 day late delivery. That was NOT the sellers fault. Super transaction other wise. SAVED seller for future buys.
Though I returned my item, they were quick to make it happen. Item shipped and was received quick. They packaged it well. Their description wasn't very great and suggested looking at the pictures but it was hard to tell what was all included and though it was described as tested it didn't come with all the power cables or components necessary in order for it to be operational which ended up being the reason I returned it. I suggest if the description isn't great, message them before buying.
