Packaging was excellent. Shipping was on time. Seller communication was good. Very few disc's had any visible flaws...ie...light scratching. But they are Rentals, so that was to be expected. Got a handful of very good films, such as Midway, Equalizer 2, John Wick, Godzillza vs. Kong, Atomic Blonde, and 2 Disney Blu Rays. The rest were a cut below those, and a dozen were a couple of cuts below. I am reccomending the seller, and may even try my luck again!

Shipped in a perfectly-sized box, and arrived exactly when seller communication indicated it would. Lightly used, exactly as described, and worked straight out of the box–someone had made sure to charge it before they sent it, a little kindness I really appreciated. Fantastic value for this item, will definitely be coming back.

The seller shipped a very nice item, unfortunately FedEx delivered it damaged. Seller had insured the item, so she promptly refunded my money within an hour. It was a shame to lose the item, but the seller responded quickly to the issue.
