The HP EliteDesk was well packaged. The seller communication was prompt and helpful and included photos for further clarity. This was the most reasonably priced model with the features I wanted. It arrived 2 days past the initial arrival window caused by extreme west coast rain/floods. I had some initial problems with a lock screen and getting it to boot. The seller helped again. I was happy. The boot problem reappeared and I sadly returned it. Would I recommend this seller? Absolutely!
Absolutely one of the best sellers in all my eBay experience. They communicated before and after (I had questions) got a nice post sale email and the item shipped fast!!! Came well packaged and I am thankful because a corner of the box took a dent from USPS. Item as exactly as described and just as listed. Great deal and they did not kill me on the shipping either. Would have ZERO hesitation buying from them again and saved to my fav sellers!!!
iMac as described & seems to be working well with no issues yet that I've found. Physical condition was nice, no major dings or scratches. It did arrive with a locked screen & no info on a password, so I emailed the seller. Response was very fast. Entered the password & was able to use the computer. The packing for the computer before shipping was amazing! VERY well packed, loads of cushioning. I give this seller an A+++. Thank you!
