Laptop came well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap all around. Was better then described in condition. Price + shipping cost was a great deal. Given that this was an as is, and sold for parts item I have very little to say negatively about this item. The only thing I will say is that an item with a description of unknown ram/ssd suggests there is ram/ssd in the item, not NONE. That said it was a steal as it works perfectly as you will see in the enclosed pics. I still recommend this seller to all

Received the item on time with good packaging. The item did have some scratches and wear, but the seller was upfront on this, so it was not a surprise. The only problem I had was the charger with it being the wrong one. I contacted the seller, and we exchanged some emails, and the seller refunded me back a credit to my card with no problem. I have not used the computer much yet, but if it performs well I would not hesitate to use them again. Service and response was very good.
