Never received my Dvd so I got in touch with the Seller and told him my Problem, He was very Sympathetic and told me he would look into it, I received an email from the Seller and he told me he would refund me my Money as the item seems as though it has been lost in the Post. What a Great Seller sorting the Problem out for me. Excellent Communication. I would Certainly use this Seller again, if I saw Something else I Liked.
This blu ray arrived today along with another blu ray I ordered at the same time. Posted in the same packet & got here well late past the due by date. I even got in touch with the seller & put in a request for a refund but cancelled when they finally showed. This blu ray of 'The Sitter' is an ex-rental but seems to be in good condition, certainly good value for money. Posted with another blu ray in a plastic mailing bag.
Communicative seller, overall condition described fairly. Largely positive but packaging does need to improve. Zero padding and combining loose items for sending media is asking for damage and had a completely cracked case on arrival. Have to assume this was in transit. So please improve packaging, it's actually more enviro-friendly than needing to replace plastic cases!
