By dynamically sensing the change of vehicle height, the movement of intake or exhaust is completed in time to adjust the height of the air spring (airbag). Improve the comfort of drivers and passengers, and prevent the road surface from being damaged by wheelimpact. In the air spring suspension, the height valve is used to control the air spring pressure actuator. The height valve is fixed on the frame, and its inlet and outlet are connected with the air reservoir and air spring respectively.As the load on the air spring increases, the spring is compressed, and gas from the reservoir is injected into the airbag through the air inlet of the height valve.As the pressure inside the bag increases, the air spring rises until it returns to its position until the inlet is closed;When the load on the air spring is reduced, the spring is stretched and the gas is discharged through the vent of the height valve,Until the air spring is lowered to its position and the vent is closed.So under the action of the height valve, the height of the air spring can be kept fluctuating near the balanceposition.This ensures that the body does not change with the change of load. Practical application: 1. Truck cab suspension, commonly seen in high-end semi-floating rear suspension, or full floating front and rear suspension 2. Truck chassis used to improve the transmission performance of the chassis or to perform a special function, such as lowering the height of some trucks for loading and unloading. 3. Bus chassis suspension, commonly seen in high-end or luxury buses, can significantly improve ride comfort. 4. Other occasions, such as railway vehicles, airport ferry vehicles, cranes, etc. Used on all Neway Airide models. All ports are 1/8" NPT. Automatically adds air to, or exhausts air from air suspension to maintain constant static design height. Does not respond to short duration dynamic changes in axle position, thus reducing air consumption which extends compressor life and saves fuel.
