The hat arrived perfect, just like the picture with the requested change I asked for. I was disappointed that I had messaged the seller twice prior to ordering asking if they could change the hat to say “mastiffs” instead of “mastiff” and never received a response to either message. I took the chance and ordered it anyway and put the request in with the order. Luckily, the change was made just as requested but I think they would get more orders if they responded to their messages.
Thanks for working everything out with me, the font size is better on the replacement hat you sent me. The font size could be a selling point and somehow a selection choice??? Other than that arrived in good condition and is good value. The font could have still been bigger would have better appearance...the advertised hat had larger appearing font then either hat I received...however the seller worked everything out with me so earned a 5 star rating.
Product arrived as scheduled and appropriately packaged. Was somewhat disappointed to discover lettering text was done in thin, silver continuous font rather than thicker, wider font of my previous hat purchases which I believe looks more professional. A small critique, otherwise, great service from a quality vendor that I rely on.
