Tracking number provided but never worked; however, it showed up in 8 days. Nice. Brand new oil stand was in a cardboard box and shipped into a plastic bag with no padding. Stand wasn't damaged during shipping. The box (misspellings and incorrect pictures) claims the cups are agates, a big selling point not described in the listing. I took a chance on buying this, hoping the cups were not made of plastic and was rewarded. A nice option for a stand at one tenth the price of brand name.
