Item got delivered to the wrong address. Shipper reported the item as damaged in transit. Seller took the lead as soon as it was reported by the shipper and reached out and offered a refund. Refund was quick. GREAT EBAYER. You can't control the shipping, but you can go out of your way to make it right ! ! ! ! The rating on the item is bogus as I never saw it, but you can't leave feedback without rating the item.
I received an email from the seller that my rack/mat was delivered to my address, but I didn’t receive it! Follow-up from the seller was polite and prompt, but I soon learned that my purchase was sent to the wrong address! A refund was then given to me. I did not reorder these because of my frustrating experience, and instead chose a Simple Human rack/mat in white from Crate and Barrel.
Perfect lighting for my desk. Easy assembly. Seller did a great job shipping. Item arrived undamaged and was well packaged. Great price! I assembled the lamp in a few minutes, plugged it in and turned it on. It works great! I'll definitely keep an eye on this seller for future purchases!
