It was an open box, as advertised, but originally shipped with the wrong charging cord. The seller was extremely quick and responsive about sending the right replacement. Mine does take a USB Micro cord, though, (old style) rather than the newer Type C.
Good price and deal . Should have the cancer warning listed in the description though to notify customers . It's written on the box (California warning). It was a good deal though and arrived quickly . Otherwise really good sports headphones
