After purchase, Seller reported item was not available and provided a quick refund. Minor issue(?): Seller sent a message upon reporting item was not available asking if I wanted to cancel the order - with no other option I responded 'yes'. Seller then reported to eBay the reason the sale was cancelled was because I requested it cancelled! - not that they did not have the product available! ...thereby making it look like i cancelled the order when in-fact they didn't have the item!
I'm giving this seller a positive rating because what happened in shipping was NOT the sellers fault. The seller shipped the next day after order, but it took 11 days from California to New Jersey. I could have rode a bike that distance in that time! My order was held up in two separate places and stayed in the receiving center in New Jersey for 6 days! This is 100% USPS's fault!! Lucky, everything was fine in package. Good Seller, USPS SUCKS!!
Products were received quickly in perfect condition. The price is very competitive and the quality is good. They look great! The only thing is that the package was open (might be by the post office or during transit) when arrived. Fortunately, the products were individually wrapped and nothing was missing.
