I have tried getting in touch with "AML Treasures92" several times after I received my hat, so I could discuss the packaging of my product when they shipped it, but nothing. Their prices are good and they shipped the product fast. It was a described, but the packaging was horrible. The company sent a STRUCTURED hat in an envelope. It is like sending a STETSON cowboy hat in an envelope. I know my hat is a fraction of the cost, but it can still get messed up. No response. Be careful w/them
