When I opened the box, I immediately realized the dust cover was stained and looked used. Leather bag is beautiful but a lot heavier than other bags. Package was missing the toiletry bag, I had to reach out to the company and they responded the next day regarding the toiletry bag, but never addressed the stained dust cover. Received the toiletry bag quickly after it was brought to their attention it was missing from original shipment. They did apologize but still Somewhat disappointed.
The item was supposed to ship from the US, but it came from India. This resulted in not receiving the item in time before my overseas trip, and a brokerage tariff bill from UPS. My neighbor was able to retrieve the item while I was away, and the seller has refunded the amount of the UPS bill. The knife roll is nice; I wish there hadn t been all the issues, as time is the one thing we can never replace or return.
It’s a beautiful bag. Excellent quality. Excellent condition. It came carefully packed. It looks a lot more expensive than what I paid for it. I’m very happy with what I received.
